I want to let everyone know, after two tries, Amber is finally at the hospital getting treatment for her medical and addiction issues. I fear she will leave again. But she seems set on doing this. I thank everyone for all your love and kind words. I especially think Art, for going out of his way ty i help her. Thank you God.

I'm fighting cancer amber, but this made my whole day. Methadone changed my whole life.Follow through, I used it for five years and got my life back and been off of it self detoxed with the clinics help because I was ready and 3 1/2 years without it.Your a warrior I hear it in your voice.I was like you.Another thing methadone program brings is a case manager to help you get sober living and with that food card to eat everyday and methadone makes people hungry, I know for a fact!You can truly have that better life and teeth can be replaced with Medicaid, get dentures and have a beautiful smile again,be able to eat again and most importantly no chance of mouth infection which can cause heart issues.Im praying for you girl.I don't comment as much but I watch everyday when I have the strength.God bless you and this community of love!Especially you Art.❤

Amber please don't worry about making or keeping promises to any of us out here. Just make one promise to yourself which cannot be broken- that you will make at least 3 phone calls (to Art or people in recovery like a sponsor) before choosing to use again. It is more common for an addict to use than not use, so relapse is a part of recovery for many people so never give up on your path of wellness. Amber knows that having knowledge of what needs to be done isn't enough to recover with. Surrendering takes the most strength. Amber I really really have admiration for you and want so badly to see you smile again and know that so many people are giving you virtual hugs right now. Please feel the love! Yay, Art!!
