Possibly! This video was from the mid 90's. I think the Disturbed song came out in 2001.

This is episode 49 of Season 5 released October of 1995. It is the Beavis and Butt Head 140th overall episode. It does indeed predate Disturbed’s release of The Sickness album by 4 and half years, the album released March of 2000.
