I decided years ago that I wasn't going to plug myself in to stay warm on my Bike, so I gotta refuse to have a heated jacket while fishing. Besides on my kayak if I start getting cold I need to troll (peddle) faster. LOL

FYI, Coast Guard or Marine Patrol may issue citation for tying up to bridge fenders or any marine navigational device. Great looking sheepsheads though.

That rope is an illegal hazard to navigation. The water there is an open water of the state. Call the Game Warden or the Coast Guard to get rid of it.

You most certainly can there are plenty of rich neighborhoods in boca whoes canals are gated(the sanctuary) look it up youre wrong thr way that marina is set up its perfectly legal and that's why it was there
