Hardly surprising is it? There hasn't been a new reservoir in this country since 1991, while the population has grown by 11 million. In fact Thames Water have closed over two dozen in the last twenty years, to sell them off for house building. This is the same Thames Water that loses 25% of its water through leaks that they won't fix, because it would cost money.

The problem in the UK is that if dykes and drain's are never cleaned out so that any rainfall flows to the right places that would help, plus it's a known fact that water leaks from pipes are a major problem for all water companies but are not fixed straight away.

Nope. All the stats on the Met Office's own website tell a completely different story. UK summer rainfall has stayed EXACTLY the same since 1840. It has NOT changed in 40 years of 'man-made climate change'. July temps have stayed the same since 1659! The issue is not a lack of rainfall. In fact, UK rainfall has gone UP slightly! This bloke knows this if I do. Reservoirs could cope if the population hadn't risen by 10 million since the last reservoir was constructed in 1991!

Man made-up climate change!!!! They've owned up that the author of the major study on climate change has exaggerated the data as he was under the influence of his partner who was obsessed with climate change!! They've lied about the weapons of mass destruction and now they're lying about the climate change!! If climate is changing, it happens slowly without our input ! Where the Sahara desert is, there used to be a sea! We know that for sure as shells were found deep in the sand! There was a glacier moving through Europe, and that obviously mean climate change! The biggest polluters are the volcanos not us!! Toxic volcano ashes were found deep in the Antarctic !!! I'm so tired of being taken for a fool!

They just love to scare people with sensational headlines, at least the warm weather has made monkey pox 'go away'. The next major headlines will be too much water (but undoubtedly the wrong type of flood to fill reservoirs). Some dope reporter said on the Sky six o'clock bulletin that the expected 37°C 'extreme heat' will 'spark major fires' When I went to school the ignition temperature of dry grass was 350°C, not 37. Dickheads with cigarettes start grass fires, not just moderately warm air.
