I think a lot of just want to be validated and loved and social media is a way we seek the attention we crave. Munchausen by proxy is when the person hurts people they care for. Munchausen is when a person claims to be sick and goes through hoops to make others believe it. Both mental illnesses and rare. Trisha is more narcissistic and dramatic. A drama queen. She sees a conversation not going her way, she is going to bring on the theatrics and hope that distracts people from the real issue.
