It looks as if there is excessive curvature of the neck and way too much head forward posture, especially towards the end of the video. His ears are way out front, for example.

It’s not a consistent price. Some people have some/total insurance coverage with chiropractors, some have none. Some chiropractors charge around $50 for a typical visit. Some may charge $300 because they do more. A price he may use is probably different from others. It will also vary by state/country. It’s not a practical thing to do.

Ok, it took me a few seconds to realize he's an holistic doctor, not an MD. You can't treat medically diagnosed deviated septum with cervical nerve manipulation. Also, I can guarantee this: if that young man had so much as a vetebra even 1 mm out of alignment, he'd be doubled over in pain and in a wheelchair.

First, he didn't. Second, that's medically false. Many people with skoleosis have well over a mm subluxation per vertebrae and they are asymptomatic. I'm a biomedical engineer that makes posture analysis software for physical therapists. Don't come in here with your armchair medical degree because you are skeptical of methods you don't understand...
