Sir please your Expert Opinion my DSE Test report. LV became hyperkinitec with decreased LV cavity size.. Dobutamine stress echo Positive for Symptoms, But negative for ECG.. Echocardiographical Evidence of Myocardial ischemia.. Thanks. Regards. Ejaz Ahmed.

If no wall motion abnormality, the test is conaidered negative even with symptims or ECG changes. Many people will have discomfort with dobutamine.
