Dr.Gupta ..masterPiece..teaching ..I wish I had teacher like you in Anatomy more than 50 years ago.Viewd very very useful video..I have cervical spinal stenosis and Thoracic Kyphosis ( Forward Head posture ) receiving professional physical therapy by Expert Doctors ..I doubt if they know this basic Anatomy

Interestingly I have discovered very very simple and natural exercise..Bucket Handle movement ..for sternoclenomastoid & Lattisemus dorsi…forced inspiration & forced expiration ( isometric strengthening ) …Never stated or mentioned in any physical therapy teachings..Great Anatomy Fundamentals ..Reviewing Best & Taylor Physiology 50 years old gold standard book today
