Pray to our Saviour Jesus for guidance on where to go, doesn't even have to be a church, there may be a bible study group nearby that He will direct you to. Holly Fanatic, the best place to start and look is within, Ask God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit to minister to you as you read God Word, our Instruction Book is all lead out for us. Ask God to open your heart, ears, and eyes to see, hear and feel with the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you. Trust me They will, and will show you things no one on this earth can or will. I will add to Leigh comment, read your Bible daily. You should at least read through the Bible once a year. Ask God to help you to be more and more sensitive to the Holy Spirit's voice and His very presence within you.
