You mentioned you used to use cannabis in your youth and now I assumed you don't. I would like to know if you consciously stopped using it or it just happened. If it was a conscious effort, what is the most important step you took to stop using it? I have been trying to quit it completely as I get closer to my 30s but I still find myself craving it from time to time. It was never really a big problem for me but I want to stop it completely.

finally got the chance to listen to the video. I agree that IF there's an opportunity to make some headway with treatment I say by all means. id rather someone go to a "root" elder in a village tho id like the folks to got the natural route. Less potential side effects id surmise.

100%! By far the best thing is for community-based therapy/healing. It's just a shame that these community systems are so weak in this day and age leaving us doing everything as individuals.

@@elywananda isnt there such a thang in ldn that they have some sort of black co-ops with produce? That needs to be put at the forefront of any discussion regarding health & in that same vein, "drugs" can be associated with such bc foods or certain foods can heal ailments or even diseases or one can use "roots" to serve as medicine as it has among Afrakan folk for millenniums into the annals of the past

@@blacksoul2410 There might be something like that. One thing to know is that the community here in the UK is nowhere near as vibrant as you might expect. I don't remember coming across many group/coops that were focused on land, cultivation etc. It's a weak spot for sure. We focus too much on things like supplementary schools and history classes etc, and not enough on this sort of practical thing.
