Honestly, more than anything this codex makes me super excited to see what they'll end up doing with Craftworld Eldar. If this and Necrons are the new standard for what to expect in terms of a full rework, it should be very interesting. Really good Codex.

Absolutely love this vid format, think a quick summary of different units roles and armies potential playstyles in this compressed output is amazing both for new players interested in looking at new factions and long time players trying to understand the new units roles/goals without reading into the full book or watching an in-depth hour long review. Would love to see more of these style of videos as we get more codex releases

I think you are maybe missing out a bit. Nobody expected it since we all expected DT to go away but the change has been amazing and DT Liquifiers seem like a force to be reckoned with, providing cheap, reliable and plentiful short range shooting.

This is an awesome piece of content. I have had about 1500pts of Drukhari sitting in a box in the attic since they released the new plastic Kits wayyy back. This new codex has utterly convinced me to drop my marines and re-enter the dark city! Keep it up Titans, much love from Scotland :D

Ten kabalite warriors with splinter rifles and a dark lance, riding in a raider with its dark lance and splinter racks seems very good value for the points they cost, to me. Make them poisoned tongue and you have 18 splinter rifle attacks wounding on a 3+, even at long range to tackle infantry and two dark lances to tackle vehicles. In my first game out of the gates, when lockdown ends in the U.K., I intend to try out 6 units of these, backed up by 3 ravagers. It’s got speed, firepower and bodies and there’s enough points left over to add in something else too.

With the changes in this book and how GW is trending I can't wait to see what happens to GSC when they get their codex

I love it when a Xenos faction gets such attention. Can't wait to get my hands on the Codex. The lore of the Drukhari, the sheer speed of their units, the sleek models. Mwah. Great video too. Good framework, the music and visuals were top notch and the commentary was delivered perfectly.

I'm surprised you didn't touch on Trueborn, I actually think they're a better upgrade than bloodbrides, having a reliable firebase of three darklight weapons that is really mobile and doesn't care about hit mods is great imo, whereas I feel like the bloodbride upgrade isn't as impactful since your wyches are getting WS2+ on turn 3 anyway and while the extra ap on 6's is nice, I find getting -2 is often enough. Haemoxytes are definitely an autotake though, so good at holding objectives for their points.

Dude, Ravagers are massive. Dark Lance are by far our best ranged weapon and move + shoot without penalty is massive.

Great video i think the cult strife is the cream of the crop due to the extra strats from the campaign book along with drazah and 20 incubi and then the realspace raiders detachment in 2nd with dark technomamcers grotesques in 3rd

The new vid style suits very well! I think with the new codex you have a very good toolbox to combine your troops.Taking the models you optical / fluffwise like is not punishing you so hard but it is difficult to make a good list if you playing smaller games. Then I guess you must focus on a faction.What are you thinking guys?

I thought this video was interesting but would also love a video like the dark angels one that has some army build ideas. They were helpful as I’d never really made any marine armies

It's untrue that the Kabal units are only a tax and are bad, I think a 100% kabal list would be perfectly fine, even for competitive, which shows how much tools this army has got as a whole. To some extend I think this is true for all the subfactions, but clearly Kabals are the coolest Dark Eldar

Good video but I'm surprised you didn't mention the Succubus Treyarch whip relic, precision blow trait combo that is freaking brutal. Though I agree about hellions and I'm so pumped I actually managed to find one box where I live. Sadly I only got one but it will do for now. Hopefully, we see some more stock someday.

I hope that craftworlds will return to competitive, they were a good adversary to play against and fun to play, even neutered in 8th thier legendary status was still feared, oh the glorious butthurt burned into players so hard it lasted decades lol

You misspoke in the video saying that "the Homunculus rolls 3D6 and you need to beat your Leadership" when you meant to say their leadership in reference to the opponent's unit. Still great video. I have no idea how space marines can handle all this synergy, I am still a novice though so maybe I just can't see it yet.
