We just got same vehicle and mine still not working i kept saying "setup" over and over again. but the voice command just kept repeating all options😭💀

No, if your vehicle is equipped with this feature it does not cost you any money. It is simply a hands free link to your phone.

Hi Kandyce, the 4 digit PIN code is any 4 digit PIN that you would like to use. During this initial set up, when prompted to enter a PIN, simply state a 4 digit number of your liking. This PIN may be needed if you want to make changes to your phone pairing in the future.

I have the 2016 RT Grand Caravan and mine won't work. The radio looks exactly like yours. The dealership said not all of these models have Bluetooth. Is this true?

@@vanillawithasideofsprinkles The service department told me that even though the internet says RT comes with this model, apparently there's a little box adapter that you have to purchase. I've decided to just buy a cig lighter plug-in adapter that lets me connect my phone using a FM channel. Of course, my dealer is not the smartest...
