The only real difference is the tempo. Dubstep is almost always 140 bpm, and Drumstep is 174 bpm.

Just install it and block ALL the stupid ads. These things are not ads anymore, are just abuse (maybe excluding some YT ads, or others alike). A lot of pages are raping you with 10.000 pop-ups and ads untill you just loose the link you wanted. Don't use Internet Explorer though. Mozilla and Chrome works best with AdBlock.

Some songs have a better kick and bass sound when you put it on 1.5, although I agree, this whole mix should not be in 1.5, some songs have a better faster beat to it on 1.5 speed.

Love how people argue with each other instead of enjoying the music. We all came here for the same purpose: TO ENJOY SOME GOOD MUSIC. Understandable it's not all the best tracks but it's still good music. DnB/Drumstep for life ^-^

Drumstep is basically Dubstep and DnB combined, but at 174 BPM, not 140.

Xeno Phage I believe in proper terms its DnB but with a half-time beat, hence the "step" part. However most labels just combine the 2 as 1 genre since they're so similar

Tetratonix That's a pretty good definition. Explaining what exactly all these genres are is pretty complicated, as it seems that sometimes not even the producers know what they are making...

typically, drumstep has a kick on the 1st beat, and a step on the 3rd. Drum and Bass has a kick on the 1st and in between the 3rd and 4th, and a step on the 2nd and 4th. So basically: Drumstep -- K-and-2-and-C-and-4-and Drum and Bass -- K-and-C-and-3-K-C-and

Music has so much atmosphere to me, I tie it to the stages of my life. This mix got me through High School, and so did Destiny 1. This mix reminds me of the times I would farm rraids, I'd be bangin to this, on loop, no end. I was 14 then. I'm 22 now. I feel ya.
