A drunk man was arrested after police said he stole a yacht on the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.

how do you prosecute someone that has nothing.... the same way you prosecute someone that has money.... if money is your only concern, that's part of why you insure boats like that...

Nothing going to happen to this guy...If anything he will 'make out' from donations to help him get back on his feet. He felt 'safe' by taking the boat, eating, drinking, and SLEEPING on it...privilege I guess.

The owner of the boat said that the homeless population needs taken care of. Well, since he wants to try to act like he has money by saying "I have a yacht" - lmfao - then why doesn't he be a little more generous with his money and build housing for the homeless, or something? Be the solution..
