Жыл бұрын

The plaintiff says the defendant is her brother, who she alleges is a belligerent drunk who once slapped her when she threw a drink at him. She’s suing him for the value of a car. The defendant says his sister tossed the drink at him because he was trying to stop her from dating a street guy. He insists his sister’s car flipped when he was trying to avoid another car.

Stealing🤔,crashing the car and leaving the scene is not RIGHT; however, let’s not disregard the fact during the Plaintiff’s testimony, she allowed him to drive at some point to get her niece/ his daughter milk. Not to mention, there was a party that night at her home. Js, who is to say the accident did not occur while he had her permission to drive with no license? In my opinion, there should’ve been a follow-up question regarding that part of the testimony.

Everyone is hyper fixated on her throwing the drink in his face. Ok. Explain him trying to fight his mother and his child’s mother? He has no job, he’s violent, even with women….
