You can do larger panels if cost permits but practically for lung cancer small panels of 12-20 genes is sufficient, in addition to PDL1.

Yes we just got to know about PDL1 testing by our Oncologist. Could you please share the list of those 20 GENE which are most vulnerable in lung cancer so that I can communicate with Lab guy to see if he can give those testing.. as it will sufficiently decrease my testing cost and this way I can spend more on treatment.

सर मेरे पिताजी को लंग कैंसर है pdl1 की टेस्ट करने पर 30% NGS test इसमें ret फ्यूजन है इनकी की chemo चल चुकी है gem+carbo जो काम नहीं करी और कीमो के साथ साथ बीमारी बढ़ती रही इसके बाद डॉक्टर ने docidaxcle चलाई इस से भी कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ अभी पेशेंट आईसीयू में भर्ती है इनकी टीएलसी काउंट लगातार बढ़नी आ रही है आज की टीएलसी 115000 हैं चेस्ट सीटी करने पर पता चला है कि lungs और पेट में पानी भर गया है हार्ट के पास भी थोड़ा पानी बताया है

I don't recommend it to anyone for PET CT Scan it's not safe at all, my father had tongue cancer, post treatment he was ok for 5 months, he is 73 years old and was doing regular farmer work at Village, then doctor suggested PET CT scan and we agreed that was the biggest mistake from next day onwards he got fever, loss of appetite, body stiffness and CRP levels is not coming down post 10 days hospitalization, still fighting, we hope he will fight back again.
