Today we are going to look at the origin, secrets, timeline, story, lore, mysteries and history of the pokey enemy. They have been seen in a lot of mario games helping out bowser and blocking mario's path to save princess peach. Games like super mario run, super mario maker, super mario 3d world, super mario galaxy and more. But how did they chance in terms of design, gameplay, use and story? We even saw them in games like paper mario so what did they do this enemy in all those years?

In Super Mario bros. Wii and Wii U, if you ate a pokey when its spikes go away and it changes colour, it counts as fruit to Yoshi and can give you a power-up!

Mind you, that Doki Doki Panic game WAS originally meant to be a Mario game but was changed when Fuji television came to Nintendo to make a deal to advertise the event.

I would probably have spineless pokeys and burrow pokeys for surprise (not the same as PHs), the spineless pokeys can't be harmed but can't harm you either (can be bounced like wiggler), and the burrow pokeys just separate, burrow themselves, and then roll at your predicted path and then pop out, then repeat. Spineless pokeys would be used for puzzles, mixing along with pokeys. Players first hearing about them would expect they pop out where you stand but nope. They can be defeated by powerups, but not jumps, that would harm the player.

That might’ve been a head hit. If you hit the pokey’s head, you kill it it one hit. Normally, you have to take it out one segment at a time, though.
