Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup raisins
25 dates
10 cardamoms
1 inch cinnamon
Note: You can use any nuts of your choice, like walnuts, pistachios, hazel nuts etc.
you can use figs or apricots along with dates.
Feel free to use dry fruits of your choice.
Use soft dates.
This laddu will stay good for more than a week at room temp, longer in the fridge.

Is it safe to eat almonds without blanching and peeling?? Cos I have read somewhere that almonds should only be eaten after soaking for around 12 hours!! ??
