I LIVE for trigger point Accupuncture🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙂🙂 I’ve been an Accupuncture buff for 9 years. The twitch response feels weird but not painful at all.

Hey James, great video. A couple questions: 1. How frequently can you do dry needling? (I have the ability to do it daily). 2. If I get a twitch response on the same muscle/location every session, is that an indicator that the muscle is still tight and needs continued dry needling? Thanks, looking forward to your response!

I had electric acupuncture in China, kind of reminded me of this, because it looks like it's active rather than passive. Literally felt my calf get a affected watching 😁

If that demonstration is anything representative of how you dry needle at your practice Lauren has TRASH pistoning skills. Wayyy too fast. No rotation of the needle during pistoning. 3/10. Would not get Trigger point dry needling there for free.
