After 7 years of following Dr. Zakir Naik's Q&A, Alhamdulillahi Rabbiyalamin 🤲🙏 I've reverted to Islam last week (officially on my personal documentation, Malaysian ID), Alhamdulillah! Well, to be specific, I spoke my 2 words of Syahadah from inside a Malaysia prison 2 months ago, I was released last week Alhamdulillah. Great to be part of the 2 billion Muslimins and Muslimahs around this globe, Insyaallah, let's spread this great news to the other remaining 5 billion ppl and Insyaallah, may Allah SWT give them Hidayah, like how He had given the rest of us Hidayah. Assalamu Alaikum Zakir Sab, You won the heart today, even I am lessoning to you since long but will subscribe today because you have great knowledge of Islam and you still doing your research, learning and keen to learn and became flexible and realized that nobody is perfect in practicing/preaching Islam and 4 IEMAs are great and OK to follow. Now I hope you will change your old thoughts against "TABLIGHI JAMAT" to encourage them, as they are putting great efforts, spending their own money in preaching Quran and Hadis among Muslims (without charity and fund raising). Ignore if my request is offensive, I have great respect for you and many other Muslim scholars...

Tabhlighi Jamaat is completely wrong. Zakir Naik or any other muslim who follows the Quran and Sahi Hadith will never support Tabhlighi Jammat. Their book Fazail e Amal is completely a fabricated book in which there are many mistakes.

I always have high respect for these Imams as there were real heroes for Islam because they worked hard to make the religion very simple in understanding for us. I follow all four Imams. Where there differ I follow the one that convinces me more.

Whatever I understand that Dr. Zaker Naik is an expert on relative religion and a great Islamic preacher. But, he may had some confusion about school of thought and due to this reason he become controversial. Alhamdulillah, now he understands about the true importance and meaning of school of thought. Assalam wa alaikum to Doctor saheb and all my brethren, I may not be a Muslim formally but I have read and tried to understand Islam over a few years and would like to humbly say that the message of Islam is much above some petty issues on which the umma need not waste time and resultantly fall behind the world at large. What is important is taqwa-piety and adhering to the five pillars of Islam with piety. In my view the Quranic verse 2:177 should be the guiding principle for all believers.

My brother if Allah has made it clear to you then i plead you to say the shahadah even if you have to do it with only Allah as witness. Then you can start practicing when it's safe for you. Our time is borrowed from Allah and He may take it back any time. Eternity is a risk we can't gamble. Apart from difference in opinions in Fiqh, it has also some issues/masalas that CANNOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PIOUS IMAMS... PURPOSEFULLY, I AM NOT DETAILING THE CONTENTS OF THOSE MASAYILS.. PLEASE COMMENT YOUR OPINION ON THAT TOO as nowadays, those who follow madhab... They blindly follow these books written in the names of Imams, which is in fact is against the words of all the respectable imams. eg. Alamgiri

Most Ahle Hadith and Salfi people think that only what they do is 100 percent correct and others are 100 percent wrong this criteria or standard is very dangerous. Sometimes they are munkir Ahadith.

He's changed a lot since the 2000s. He would give this impression during that time. But i believe after expanding his knowledge and exposure to other scholars. He's seeing the bigger picture, the higher objective.

Salaam brother imran. As an ahle hadith we do not say we are 100% right. We say in aqeeda there is no difference because the sahaba differed only on four issues. As for the madhabs and fiqh there are many many differences but the scholars may have come to a certain ruling because of what was available to them in forms of evidence. A later scholar may have come to a different conclusion because he may have more evidence. All the four imams said that if you come across a sahih hadith that contradicts what we have said then discard what we have said and follow the sahih hadith. We respect and love all the scholars who follow the way of the sahaba. And Allah knows best
