purple pastry no.3 was actually ensaymada not sapin-sapin,,, its basically a soft bread topped with glaze usually its buttercream, but in this case it was an ube glaze,, sprinkled with cheese! it seems like it had an ube filling too sapin sapin is as the description said, its a multicolored layered glutinous rice cake that's usually paired with dried coconit flakes,,, i love sapin sapin it one of my fave desserts

I don't do many things for myself, so the DSG Manila event was the most fun I've had all year (so far) and I was there from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm 😅 I'm sorry the Manila nightlife did not meet expectations. I would have loved to buy you all a round of drinks and show you around a few local hotspots I know.
