He is far angrier as he loses in SF because he sees this as *his* thing. The thing he is genuinely good at and is above those that criticize him. He started with SF4 here on YT and rage quitting SF5 was not unpopular since FGC weren't big on it (and the game took too long to be good). Every loss is reality hitting him in the face with a brass knuckle that he is not good at SF either. This is true here, it was true on 5 and is also true in the retro compilations. His losses hurt him on an existential level beyond playing games badly ever could.

The craziest part about all of this is Phil is so self unaware he doesn't see any problem with all the phlegm noises and snorting. I love how he actively describes why he always loses and can't do anything about any of it. How can you know what the other person is doing all game long and never be able to take advantage unless you yourself are just terrible? How hard can it possibly be to avoid "mash jab mash jab" if you know it's coming? As well, I also love how every well timed counter against Fill is "random" despite what we see on screen looking like perfectly timed moves. Fill will never admit that it's him who is the pattern player and is VERY predictable. I haven't played Street Fighter since probably the original damn game, and even I can see that all Fill does is spam the same moves and always looks to grab or throw, and if his strategy doesn't work out, then it must be because the other player is scrubby. Never change Piggy.

DSP sees the cinematic and starts spamming buttons on his stick to try to get out of it. But he cant, because that is not how the move works. When the cinematic happens, it has already determined if the move is hitting you or not. 13:20 DSP not understanding that other players dont auto pilot their offense as much as him. Blaming it on rollback lmao 16:10 Again here, the Ryu had already tried his frame trap and was at disadvantage. This is a good place for him to end his turn safely. But DSP in his salt does not understand this. 27:20 "Doing everything right, skillful combo to end the round" skillful combo which you dropped lmfao 32:30 When you get tilt enough like this that you cant speak at all, take a break and calm down. You will play better afterward.

I feel like that hopeful optimism that he was getting better is gone. Now he just seems like the normal fighting game Phil, losing most matches and making a hundred excuses a second. The best part of SF6 has been the inflated sense of ego it gave Phil briefly and how he got up on his high horse for a minute to remind everyone that he's actually a former pro and could probably still play pro. Of course he's wrong, he sucked back then and he sucks now. But whenever the roach gets a big head and makes a fool of himself it's always an entertaining time for the tractors.

Only 11 players played a bugged ssf2t and the top three were all Japanese. The rest 8 American players mostly are random/casual players. He was average at best. Anybody who placed at a big tournament like 900th of 1000 players is still better than him. People are so dumb to believe his bs. 4th of 11 players wan't good at all and it's pure luck.

The most deranged aspect is him acting like he can visually react with super to 3-5f of punch startups in a 60fps game. Like bro, no. That's not humanly possible. The game freezes during super startup and he acts like what he sees there is what he reacted to when he mashed out his super. Manon's hand was retracting from the punch. It's basic staggered blockstring, she had plenty time to reaction block or parry you mashing out a super pigroach.

Yeah, that's how the game is designed. You gain more points than you lose. Only way to truly lose points is to go on an insane losing streak and even then it takes a while. This isn't like SF4 where you can lose like 10% of your points in a single loss lol. Points in SF6 really don't mean much. I got Diamond 3 with Blanka and had really no clue how to play with him. I. still play Blanka like it's SF4.
