9 жыл бұрынSASI's hypoxic chamber and tent simulate altitude by reducing the percentage of oxygen in the air for training purposes. This helps the athletes prepare for competing at higher altitudes and/or stimulates physiological adaptations that translate to a better performance at sea level.

No if you are doing a full simulation you just hold your breath as you switch areas
