колхоз де люкс. у нас в 70х годах в колхозе им Ленина механизаторы с помощью зубила , молотка и пассатижей разбирали и собирали дизеля. сьемников же не было. Прокладки из газеты Правда. Хорошо хоть прокладка под головку фирменная. а так Респект и уважуха 🙂 китайскому товарищу!!!!

@@mikespain8655 It's the wiggle method, wiggle 0.10 on the intake and wiggle 0.12 on the exhaust to rough them in.. I learned that from rebuilding flathead v8's. (I still used a feeler gauge at the end)

Yeah... But the way essential parts were knocked around with hammers.. (even new bought ball bearings) I doubt they last as long as they should. 🤷‍♀️I guess they just repair it again then. Also the oil and gas pollution bugs me a lot. It's just awefull..

А почему не должно работать?только если на столе собрать будет работать?у нас в отделе тоже даже стола не было,на полу собирали и движки и мосты и КПП.и всё нормально работало.если руки из жопы то хоть какие условия дай,ничего работать не будет.

вот такие работники портят всё производство хорошего двигателя . на конвеере забили болт на все заусенцы в двигателе и афтор видео тоже забил . но самое главное это что бы в нутри сердца мотора всё было чисто и математический правильно выверенно это механизм он должен работать так как его задумали професионалы а не так как его зделали на конвеере . к разработчикам двигателя сильных притензии нет но вот к их работникам литья обрубщикам и сборщикам есть ну а к автору видео. учись брат и не огорчайся за комплимент . если вы не обиделись на меня. окай бро

Pretty brilliant way of getting around not using a spring compressor to install the valve springs!

It's a very low-speed engine with small, light valves. The valve springs are relatively weak and easy to compress.

son solo improvisados, limpiando partes del motor, y volviéndoles a armar, sin tener el mínimo conocimiento. >Valoro su trabajo, pero es tan inútil como sus motores reacondicionados, los cuales no deben durar ni 2 meses. Estos videos, no hacen más que confundir a chantas de profesionales. Que se dediquen a juntar cereales. seguro es mejor que estafar a los que les confían una restauración.

buenísimo el torquímetro que usan. el masomenómetro. de calibres y micrómteros, por supuesto, ni hablemos. son solo chantas, el problema es que les den difusión. Estos videos deberías ser eliminados ni bien los suben.

Greetings from Texas. This is a good example of what you can accomplish with basic hand tools and knowledge. I would hate to count the number of small engines we 'rebuilt' the same way when we were kids racing around on mini bikes and go-karts. We were too poor to afford new parts and with only basic tools we were able to get everyone's chosen bike or kart running. Kept us busy all summer and we learned a lot about how small engines work. Keep up the good work.

Buena limpieza y pintada lo que no as dado ningún par de apriete, nose si as cambiado algún rodamiento o retén ni los segmentos ,deberia llevar anticongelante para que no se oxide el motor X dentro . si as soplado mientras el radiador ya que lo tenias desarmado..limpiar y comprobar el injector para que pulverice bien ..aún así a arrancado buen trabajo

I have seen on KZfaq where they take stuff in decent condition and artificially add rust to make them look to be in a deplorable state and then restore them. I now view these restoration jobs with skepticism.

this kind of China made diesel is very useful. Cheap, durable, abundant spare parts, multi user, economic, and very simple... Almost all of traditional fishermen in my country utilise this kind of China made diesel engine.. The price approximately only 1/5 or 1/6 japanese made. Parts are very cheap and highly available.. Under normal fishermen operational and maintenance, the engine might provide 5-6years, before need major overhaul - that the part cost won't be more than USD 100...
