I watched the broadcast and when sheikh Sudais made du’a for Palestine 🇵🇸 many people said Aameen louder and rose their hands higher and it just felt like the walls of the Haram shook.

I don't think it's likely. It's not like the case of Shaykh Yasser, whose contract expired and he renewed it shortly after. Shaykh Shuraim resigned himself, I don't think he will be returning now.
