Karly Coniet I agree one hundred percent. I think everyone should cast professional and non professionals because even if you have experience, it doesn't mean you are better. There are many people who have no experience and are probably better then people who've had experience. Not everyone gets the chance to do acting classes or Modeling sessions but I think everyone deserves a chance.

I weirdly like Dua Lipa. I don't personally like the really popular music that is playing on every radio station I listen to, but I like Dua. I like the fact that the song isn't about wanting to get with someone like most songs but it's about friends supporting one of their friends who's going through a rough time. I think that the video is very interesting and Dua seems like a really cool and down to earth person. Of course there are things that I don't agree with in the music but over all I do actually like Dua Lipa. Ya.

Imo jumping on a project this big because "it seemed like something to empower women" is a pretty shallow motivation, but it all worked out, maybe she discovered a talent with this experience, and i think her performance was one of the best in the video

Yeah I'm also glad that the girl who helped her made it too. This shows that you should always stay nice and generous with people and good things will come your way. You don't have to crush people to get where you wanna be. Maybe it's even this act of kindness that made her noticeable to the casting director.

I find these behind the scenes videos so comforting. People in their 20s often feel pressured to release the most high quality incredible products into the world on their own. But with anything high quality we see there is a whole team of people behind it. Best to focus on your own creativity first, share it to make connections, get critique, learn.
