Whoever was her new choreographer for sure needs a big raise. I love her and went to see her Future Nostalgia tour in Berlin and we noticed that she didn't have way too many solos and she has a GROUP of dancers surrounding her rather than just 1-2 or in the back. I know people will probably laugh but Dua Lipa can actually sing really good when she wants too. Scared To Be Lonely requires her to access her Head Voice which is actually really good seeing how she doesn't call herself a vocalist and also belt or mix pretty high to E5 which is also impressive seeing how she doesn't belt/mix that much. Her lower register is also really good and it allows comfort all the way to D3 from what I have seen. Thank you for pointing out the CHOREOGRAPHY back then was awful. It wasn't just that she wasn't so comfortable.. the moves they've made her do were 💩💩 to begin with.

Is not that 'she became prettier'... She became a woman, that's all! She doesn't look like a teenager anymore, she does looks like a whole lot of gorgeous grown up woman now! 😉

The only way you can get to where she's got is great coaching, passion and an immense amount of hard work. Where she is now is next level. She's at the very pinnacle of modern live performance. And she's also writing some brilliant songs too.

I think along with the hard artistic work, this is a big result of her getting in shape! Before, she was in shape enough to look good, but you can tell she was definitely tired and out of breath. Afterwards, she really doesn’t look that different outwardly, but you can tell she has way higher stamina and internal strength for breath support and control. As an artistic person, I actually found this really motivating to get in that level of fitness, rather than just stopping when I’m looking good! Super proud of her!! This was so rewarding to see!

@@lexdraws1729 Well no, she looks much more toned really. And I think her getting toned also might have improved her self confidence which makes her sparkle on stage even more (the confidence makes her sparkle, not the body. Just to clarify.)

She's been always a stunning human being, she just didn't have dance training, and whoever coached her, just pushed her in the right direction. The dances emphasize her legs and her height, which is AMAZING.

Can we criticize straight male performers so they can become as interesting as this 😭😭
@aakashwaiba69682 жыл бұрын
Yes lol
@Serpenssnakes2 жыл бұрын
No hate against your statement but dua only got criticism because she actually tried to dance, I don’t see a reason to criticize someone’s dance skills if they haven’t tried to dance in the first place
@diyabalan84072 жыл бұрын
@@Serpenssnakes That’s not hate btw, you were just sharing an opinion lol. And I agree and disagree. Some performers choose not to dance but others jump around on stage and call it dancing so it goes both ways.
@mariamejawara2 жыл бұрын
@@Serpenssnakes I agree but the problem is that female artist are expected to give phenomenal performance while critics don't expect the same things from male artists some of them the sing with no performance and receive amazing critics but female artist are criticized on every aspect of their performance. Maybe the comment meant fans should criticized male artist to give the same type of performance as the female artist.

I want to thank you for this video. I have always liked Dua Lipa’s music but wasn’t like a fan of her, not to mention not bother seeing any of her live performances. Then after seeing her a couple of her live performances in the last year I totally loved her and thought this performer is such a natural. I was shocked when I came across your video to find out she aftually did have an awkward era as a live performer too. But that makes me obsessed and admired her even more because she showed us how much hard work she had put in to evolve into the performer she is today. I’m an absolute huge fan of her now.

Her 'Levitating' performance at the 2020 Xfinity AMA's perfectly shows how much she has grown. That performance is nearly same as the recording vocally, and perfectly synchronized dancing all while singing. That performance is an absolute favourite of mine.
