@@toottoot75 you can clearly hear that at the first part right where she loses it you only hear the backup singers. at the ‘one don’t pick up the phone’ part until the chorus she uses playback as an extra effect. she sings live and it’s clear she does.

@@toottoot75 clearly you can’t tell the difference when she had the mic in her hand and when it fell. Lol y’all be so quick to say some body lip sink she just was scared that people would think that. I totally heard when she had the mic she was singing along with the pre recorded . And when the mic fell the track became at a lower tone then the mic was higher tone when she song. In my opinion she ready for any thing she’s the next big global star in the future she can surpass Beyoncé, Rihanna, she already won album of the year against Taylor she’s streaming like Ariana grande. She’s the beast for her improvement. It’s way better than it use to be.

@@max-eu6un EXACTLY!!!Nowadays audiovisual show is very important , all shows are filmed and recorded and uploaded in the internet to be judged, singers needs to adjust them self to a coreography dancing all the time affecting their diaphragm breathing and singing body system, so is absolutely fair using their own prerecorded voices in lower volumes as extra effect or reference in some parts. That doesnt mean they are not singing live!

She is so professional, like a model who missed a step or fell down on the floor and yet keeps going on walking. Lovely Dua👏👏 and this shows that she is really a nice person cause she didn't get annoyed or get hysterical about that microphone instead she keeps on singing and dancing. Her and her band are awesome her programmer keyboardist bassist Matty Carroll has been with her since the beginning. Her 1st album Dua LIPA 2016 the Deluxe Edition is also absolutely amazing and has over 20 songs, she's on top of the world with Future Nostalgia and did it in just a few years she is an Icon and legend in my book. ❤️

All those saying she lip sync haven’t been to her shows. You can clearly tell it’s not studio sound when you’re there live. And on top she dances throughout her songs so she wants to give best performance for her fans. Kudos to her and her live voice is phenomenal.

And if you listen on the mic drop video it’s not lip sync people are quick to criticize. If you listen carefully when she drops the mix the voice singing sounds differently it’s the back up singers.

Lip syncing where?! As soon as her mic slipped you can clearly hear the LIVE backup singers continuing for her. Watch other videos from the tour, they don't do that in the other shows. They obviously saw the situation and took charge as a good team should. Listen carefully! She is amazing, especially LIVE!!! 💕🔥

People she is not lip synching when she dropped the mic it's obvious, the background singers sang for her, you can tell it's not her voice + the already recorded vocals on the background were also visible, she might lip sync but not on this part of the show, maybe in the chorus of Physical and high notes of Love Again, but most of the show is live

Not sure why singing to tracks is acceptable in pop music. If I’m paying ticket prices these days for a live show, put the work in, and sing live. Tracks is half assing it.

@@TurboMalibuV6 I’ve listened to this about 50 x, eyes closed, headphones, everything. I’m no expert. But I have listened to it. What continued was the backing track. If you listen carefully, the backing track has Dua’s voice. But you have to listen and it sounds identical to the chorus sung earlier when she isn’t singing or harmonizing above the backing track. This is common. She’s lip syncing to Again. You can actually see her remove the mic prematurely yet the vocals do not change during the chorus, this is evident at least 4 times.

Crazy to see people calling her a liar and accusing her of lip syncing, like I might understand that you're not musical experts but at least you should be able to hear that there is a difference between the part where she has the mic and the part when she doesn't, and apart from that wtf do y'all know about live performances and how the whole thing works😂? Singers sing on pre recorded doubles and harmonizations, and guess what? Everybody does that! Unless you're singing an acoustic song or something that really focuses on the lyrics or smth like that, you're always gonna get a singer singing on doubles and harmonies, cause otherwise even the most brilliant voice ever would sound weak and pour.

To all the people who think Dua was not singing LIVE, listen to her vocals stop overpowering her background singers when she dropped the mic. She was clearly NOT lip syncing to that song. Besides, if she wasn't singing live, her beauty makes up for it!

It's the back up singers obviously ,and if you can't hear the difference you can see that in love again clearly that she sings live her breath shakes a little while dancing , she only use playback at "one " "two " three" of new rules for extra effects

Yes, the back vocals kept the pace until the “one.. two… three…” when we can clearly listen the Dua Lipa recorded… and right after when she finally got the new mic, it’s clear that the chorus “I got no rules…” made no difference with the backvocals… sorry, you didn’t convinced.. PS: I ain’t a Dua’s hater, actually I am a Dua Lipa’s fan.. I celebrate her entire career

Cause clearly she go live , now some words at new rules is always loud the blayback for the effect but you can hear her Voice live to clearly at this song , i am real dua lipa fan to , that's why i am asking cause if you are you must know she is singing Great live 🙆

@@sofiaa.7832 no doubt she’s a queen, and my favorite artist, but I have the right to criticize and have my opinion. Is normal to have live show with “hybrid” lip sync + real voice. In this particular case, the chorus is lip singed for sure. I will take a look again in the other songs to analyze that.. and please make sure that been a fan doesn’t mean that we cannot have our critical arguments… what really borders me are the crazy fans that don’t accept any kind of critic…

Yep, she can sing, in fact she is the only artist that can sing acapella and still sounds good for me. The moment she dropped her mic, Back up singers were singing for her, they are there for a reason tho, and also theres a playback, and its normal, Taylor swift, Ariana, Doja Cat, Halsey, etc also did that, I mean all performers. And when she got her mic back and she sings back, you call hear her live voice again.
