Guys trust me! I was thinking is such wrong things, I was so stressed and depressed but when I listened to this Dua all my pains and sadness went away and I feel much better right now❤ I’m glad we have Allah and we are muslims. Thanks for everything Allah I love you Allah Alhamdulilah. May everyone have a peaceful and happy life under Allah’s power. In shaa Allah everything gets better sis. Everytime you get such thoughts, spit to your left without any saliva, read a lot of kuls (Surah Ikhlas, Surah Fatiha,Surah Naas),read Ayatulkursi. Watch all of Sheikh Saad's mental health videos. I've made a playlist of it on my channel. In shaa Allah,you'll get through it.

Do not hate yourself when Gid loves you! I have struggled with low self esteem too , it is the whisperings of the dunya we let into our hearts.Being heritable helps with this as does the Quran.Focusing on our higher purpose makes us realise these bodies are just shells we wear for a short time.

Plz get full knowledge about islam .if you sit alone any where and thinking deeply about any nature any verses of Quran or simple u recite any name of Allah who connected with your soul (ruh) in few an hours this is called marakhba.If u visualize on your head white Divine light (Allah ka noor ) flow around you and in your body.You heal your self by naturally this is meditation (Marakbha) Hope u understand what i mean to say you.

I have failed my exams all my friends left me and facing a lot of family issues. faced depression and anxiety was on medication but I stopped taking them... and made my tawakkul stronger with Allah cause nothing can heal anything better then Allah(swt), all the worries look smaller when turned to Allah, Allhumdulliah. As Salaamu Aliakum Danini, please consider self ruqyah, please check out my other comment about surah baqarah. Also, take recited honey, olive oil, black seed or black seed oil Insha'Allah. Ask Allah for shifa and focus on your deen and remember: His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is. I m continuously facing depression i am 17 years girl i recently passed my 10th class by very hard work now i m in 11th standard and i have opted medical because i want to become something so that i can stand on my feet because my mother and father are not so much serious about me they neglect me soo much i told them number of tymes that i m suffering from depression but they are not ready to hear a word about it they both are govt employes but they are not careful about me and my little brother 😭 i m very depressed i m very worried about my studies also because i face diifficulties in every field of my lyff i dont know what it is but my sukun my inner peace looks like it has lost fullyy i tried many times to suiside butt i dont want to give up i m soo worried plzz brother's and sisters i beg uh plz pray for me plzz pray for me to allah he give me sukun 😵

pls dont take such stupid decisions.....allah tests each and everyone with some trial....only with patience we have to defeat it nd overcome ....wen ever u tnk of sucide...tnk many of dem in graves who wanted to come to d wrld nd repent nd do good deeds r nt able to come to ds dunya back....but allah gave us lives to pray nd repent hm....pls dnt take such decisions....make dua nd trust in allah....wen ever u feel very depressed close ur eyes tak to allah....read some ayahs tat u know n d quran...which make u strong

Tm care karo khudki bi or bhai ki bi or bless feel karo ki at least tmhare pass parents toh h bado ka hath toh h sir per kuc log ke pass parents hi mh hote h soo take deep breaths or appreciate karo har chiz ko jo h tmhare pass or khush raha karo qki khush tm khud hi ho sakte .or strong banao abi bohat kuc dekhna h life mei haste haste jiyo acha lagega sab... Suicide or giving up is not the solution. Instead of seeing the negative side of your life see the positive side you already did so many stuff for you to make you stand here just few more steps left. Don't give up and whenever you have thoughts like this just take 3 deep breath and say to yourself that yes I can do it don't loss hope . Pray share your things to allah he will definitely listen you and guide you towards your goals.
