Whether it's Dual Blades or Switch Axe, all of us have our favorite weapon to wield in Monster Hunter. Today we're going to be doing some psych analysis on you based on your choice of play style. For this one, we're taking a look at the Dual Blades.

I feel like the moveset catered to the anime boys...but they're all playing Longsword. Meanwhile the ADHD dual blade users are blissfully unaware and just happy that blades go brrrrr haha

Its all about the mobility. Repositioning while keeping up your dps, balancing your demon/archdemon modes, and forcing yourself to learn proper stamina management. The anime feeling is just a bonus.

I like dual blades because i dont have to worry about combos. All the other weapons you gotta press the right buttons at the right times, but with dual blades i just run at them spamming the same button until they are dead

ADHD, no. Anime, rarely. Like 3 watch sessions a year, even if that. I like dual blades because I like using reaction time to barely get hit. It's also one of the only weapons that you can put good comfort skills on and still have massive dps

Dual blades has been my main weapon ever since I started playing MH. I started world with dual blades, I started rise with dual blades, and I will start wilds with them as well. And I have never felt more called out lmao. Accurate tho

I have adhd and occasionally watch anime but dual blades was the 9th weapon I’ve played in monster hunter and it definitely isn’t my main but something about the hyper aggressiveness and crazy movement just scratches the craziest itch for me.

I just picked it in rise because I learned it the fastest, and it’s fun being speedy and fast with them. I use the charge blade in iceborn because MH now got me trying all the weapons

I just love being able to keep moving and avoid being hit by timed dashes so I can get in as much damage as possible. I like managing my stamina and it keeps my brain busy seeing the numbers and paying attention to the animations so I can keep on cutting with as little damage to me as I can. It also became a joke in my group for me to crouche ask for drugs in the most innocent voice. Gets a laugh from them and that makes me happy, I'm still working on not running out of stamina in the wrong places though lol

I love larger monsters, I use the demon flight on large monsters as you just do so much damage on them, plus it gives me the feeling of playing as insect glaive (the floor is paying taxes) players without playing insect glaive

I use multiple weapons, Bow for certain annoying monsters, sword and shield and dual blades for small fast monsters, charge blade and long sword for most other enemies.

I would've been a Dual Blades main if me and my squad didn't want variety. My brother wanted Hammer, his friend wanted Bow, and his brother wanted Dual Blades. So, I went with the weapon I had an interest before in Generations, the Insect Glaive, before I tried to convince the other 3 to play World with me. I liked mobile weapons, and that weapon allowed me good mobility, and I could stay in the air

The adhd part is personal, I can't stop doing damage and evade everything. When I have to wait for an opening for my attack I get bored I like dancing around the monster and being annoying like a fly

I both have ADHD and watch anime. My favourite weapon is Switch Axe with Charge Blade close behind. I actively avoid Dual Blades because i like being able to dodge without worrying about my stamina. I also don't play Rise much. Slower, heavier hitting weapons with a lot of depth are what i gravitate towards. Ever Wild Swung into slinger burst to avoid a Diablos digging, following up with a Morph Sweep punish? I have. It's incredibly disrespectful, and incredibly addicting

Yea I'm a dual blades healer with max friendship so I heal everyone and deal dps so it works and I major in wall banging the monster to let everyone else deal as much dos as they can
