In my lowrider truck I went to leer camper shell store and got some camper rubber seal cut it to the size of blow through port it worked great the rubber seal flexed with the bed and cab to keep it sealed for the Port

I love the blow through setup !! I have a blow through in my 2000 Dodge Ram single cab. running 6 - 12" Rockville Punishers on an MD 8k TARAMP.

I know it don't matter but when you're running the same color power and ground sometimes it leads into problems no price difference

I've seen guys use an accordion boot to seal it

JACOB, PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!! I was wondering why no one has yet to do a Subwoofer Contest between a top brand and a discount brand?? For instance I have (6) Rockville Audio Destroyer 12D2's in a band pass and I really can not believe that if I replaced them with say a DC Level 6 or top of the line Sundown Audio sub that are 4-6X the price per sub that it would make my system any louder / hit harder. I would really love to see someone compare these subs in the exact same conditions Same exact enclosure (per specs for each sub) same car, same power etc and then meter them and see how much difference there is!!!!! beings the cabs riding on cabmount rubber bushings and the beds bolted to the frame I've found on the ole interweb accordian gaskets for like extendable rvs im in the process of kinda the same biulds layout I have 4 jlaudio 13w7s just using 3 for the blow thru powerd x3(jl 1000/1s ) thinking of making center console 5 oldskool jlaudio 12w6s high ampsx2 ( jl300/2)&1(300/2) in a 2001 f350 crew cab.🤘🏽 this summer anyway ... My first box the seal was to tight around the port and rubbed a hole in it from the flexing. Second box i made my cutout a little wider thanput a piece of wood super tight around the port and mounted to my cab. Then spray foamed around everything

Really nice daily build. Still has utility and seating, but gets down.

According boot for the blow through seal. Ebay best place unless RV supplies near ya

with the quality of the wiring I'm surprised the truck hasn't burnt down yet

I just use spray foam I even pressure tested it and it's completely sealed good

Would'nt a boot work for blow through? Not sure how to get a perfect one for the port shape and size one would want though.

My blow through is 30x7 x1.5 - the difference in mine is the cab cut is very tight to the box - and my box came into the cab approx 1 inch - I used 2x80mil kilmat then cut 3/4 birch to fit the entire back wall and flush to the box - this guy has no back board - I use mine to mount all amps and DSP First I sealed both sides with good window caulk the both sides with black FLEX seal - it has never leaked a drop ...... I don't really understand the huge gaps he is trying to fit with foam ..also my sub is one IB24 more for SQ than SPL but the lows are very very nice

When you when you do the blow through I found out best way is fiberglass and resin strong strong strong
