I think individuals who join politics with minimum skills present some lethal characters, for example they decide to remain in the line of duty for a long time in which they reach at a point where they run out of words. Also many years down the road, some leaders may end up having disorganized speech, and loss of proper word choice. Evidently in this video, these creatures become highly-tempered and easily irritated.
