Welcome to my latest build adventure, I'll be transforming an ordinary work van into the ultimate luxury camper for under $10k! This includes the price of the van itself. Join me as I share the entire process, from the initial concept to the final result of the build, all captured in detail!
In this video, you'll witness my passion for DIY and love for adventure come to life. With creativity, resourcefulness, and a tight budget, I've managed to create a luxurious home on wheels that rivals even the most extravagant RVs and vans on the market.
Follow along step-by-step as I tackle each aspect of the transformation. From gutting and insulating the van's interior to crafting ingenious space-saving storage solutions, I leave no stone unturned in our quest to create the ultimate travel haven.
Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, stylish and cozy furnishings, and carefully curated interior design, this camper van promises to redefine the notion of luxury on the road and reset the current pricing market. The attention to detail and the selection of premium materials rival the most expensive luxury campervans.
But it's not just about aesthetics! This van is all about practicality and functionality of our creation. From a fully-equipped kitchenette to a compact yet comfortable transforming sleeping area, I've thought of everything to ensure that this van is nothing short of extraordinary.
As I share my journey, I hope to inspire fellow adventure-seekers and DIY enthusiasts to pursue their dreams of van life, without taking out a mortgage in the process. With determination and ingenuity, turning an ordinary van into a mobile home should be within reach for everyone.

Young man, I am a 71 year old professional wood worker/ cabinet maker/ furniture maker/ builder. Not bragging, just giving background information. I am completely blown away…..but not just by your skill set, but by you! What an amazing and incredible build out. The creativity and ingenuity are second to none. The perseverance and commitment speak to your character. I love your temperament and thoroughly enjoyed you sharing your fuck up when you had to redo that kerfed plywood panel for the toilet. Not to take joy in your screw up, but to show those who don’t work with their hands the challenges faced in tactile work. You are most brilliant. Looking forward to more videos……loved your mock stealing of your sister’s couch. Best of travels.

I am 70 years old and live in Holland, MI. I wanted to tell you I think you are an exceptionally good carpenter and a talented young man. I'm very impressed with the skills you have at such a young age. Besides that your work ethic at this age is highly admirable, so many young people do not have what you have going for them. I honestly believe you will go a very long way in your lifetime if you keep this up. Don't get discouraged or EVER give up, persistence pays off. I'm very sorry you lost your dad, he was a good man if he raised a son like you.

2:00 Excuse me, but it's terrible! He laid the floor directly on the rusty base. He did not remove the rust and did not treat the metal from corrosion with anything! This bus requires rust removal, painting and anti-corrosion treatment. And he stuck everything on rust! We don't need such a motorhome. It will rot soon. 5:15 Terrible! He did not cover the sharp edges of the metal with anything and pushed the wires into the hole! Over time, they will wear out.

In my opinion your talent and willingness to share it is nothing short of a God send. I had been praying about endeavoring on this very type of project. Your video has given me insight and clarity on how to go about it. I've watched a copious amount of content on you tube but I never have been moved to subscribe to a channel until now. My heart goes out to you, losing a parent is so very very difficult. I applaud you for soldiering on with this video. Regarding the build and your videography -you-are-absolutely-amazing! 👏🏽👍🏽 I sold my Sprinter in April because once I got the insulation installed, I was completely overwhelmed. On the bright side, I did live in it full time and traveled for a year. If you had been around perhaps I would have tackled the rest. I’m certain that many people will benefit from your course. I totally agree with you the price of a build is outrageous! But with that said, quality craftsmanship carries a hefty price tag. There are a number of skills that one has to gain to build a van, and I had none. Although I no longer have a van, I’ve subscribed and will be giving you regular thumbs up. All the best to you.

I normally never comment on YT, but I have to say that this video was exceptionally good content. A clear yet challenging goal, it wasn’t clickbait, your humble and genuine presence on camera is refreshing and your openness at the end was the clincher that made this video so great overall. Really sorry for your loss, hope your dad was able to see your talent and was proud of you. Looking forward to your future videos!

First time watching. Your dad had to be such a proud man, to have such great kids. A lot of hours, patience and knowledge went into this build. You could actually start a company and bring affordable mobile housing to a population that cannot afford property and homes anymore. Pleasure to watch you in action. Great that you are kind enough to share your skills with everyone. Best of everything to you and your family. MJK

Excellent work…. It was a pleasure watching your video. I stumbled up on your video today and watched it today on 4-22 which is my late brother’s birthday. He was able to do all the things you did in the video. It brought back so many memories of the work he did…. He graduated from a 4yr trade school named Washburn Trade School…. I wish you well and that you enjoy the fruits of your labor in your lovely van.

So impressed with your skills! So many young people today don't know how to build anything because their schools stopped teaching these things and their parents didn't teach them either. If you had a way of actually teaching the many different skills that went into building your van, so many people would benefit. I think you can tell from the response you are getting just how much interest there is. Beautiful work!

Towards the end of the video when you explained some finishing needs to be done etc, I could see how challenging it was for you to complete this build with all other family challenges going on. I know this video is a bit older now and you likely won't see this. But this is inspirational, genuinely. I am barely an adult, still worried about where my life is gonna go, but I did want to try and cheaply make a van myself to live in full time. I was thinking about doung exactly what you have done here, down to it being a used dually sprinter. You have given me some hope that I can manage to do this myself soon. I am probably gonna work in construction over the summer so I will be ablw to save up a lot, and that should get me able to get the money for some like this. Thank you for proving this is possible.
