We have booked from Klook.com(Xclusive Yatch Tour). Not sure about new year eve .. it might be available. Just check with the Tour operator.

My Suggestions is "Captain Dunes" for UAE Tour. We were very impressed by Captain Dunes company from day first. Our agent was very responsive with emails and phone calls and answered all my questions and attended to our needs and requests. The detailed itinerary was exactly as stated including all the meals and no hidden fees. Our 5 days customized trip to Dubai ended up being AMAZING and exceeded our expectations.

Dhow cruise by Rayna Tours. There was no Tanoura dance show because of COVID
