In fact, he would not even have time for this nonsense. That is what we need to understand about Billionaires. Not only is it hard to earn them legitimately, its a lot harder to maintain them. They secure investments and loans for the project they are developing. But when those are not paid on time, they will lose assets. Criminals like this do not exactly answer to creditors or to investors. So they can just keep splurging money as long as they keep their criminal operation active.
