Thanks for this video. Great insights. Any chance you could do a video on the Aura show Villa? Also - do you have any footage of the Harmony community areas/pools etc?

Thanks buddy. We tried to get in the show villa, they’d only let us film outside hence why we didn’t go in, and with harmony being under construction, it’s not accessible and we’d get stopped with a camera straight away

Unrelated to villas but how come you dont mention JLT, its a better location than JVC and comparable prices i think

I like off plan coming to JLT - but all the older buildings aren’t desirable they’re in terrible condition. There’s a handful only of buildings I would personally invest in, maybe 2-3 maximum. But because there are only a few good buildings the ROI isn’t that high. Hence why there’s a big push for new developments there it needs a big refresh. They’re very very run down the older ones, but yes the location is great

@@joebutlerofficial Yeah agree, some are old and not well maintained, but i think its the same case for some of the old marina buildings
