In this video, we examine the high-end villa market, specifically focusing on the limited number of new high-end villas entering the market. Although there have been new projects launched, they primarily cater to the luxury or affordable segments.
However, we highlight three major villa communities to keep an eye on in 2023: Murooj Al Furjan by Nakheel, Harmony in Tilal Al Ghaf, and Caya, Ranches 3 by Emaar. These projects are already under construction and expected to be completed and ready for handover within the next 12 to 18 months. Due to high demand, we continue to see a lot of activity on the off-plan secondary market.
