Yeah no false, amity didn't try to get Luz killed at any point when they first met, when they were at Hexside amity wasn't actually gonna let bump dissect her, what amity was ACTUALLY doing was trying to force willow to come clean about her and luz cheating on willow's homework, and at the covention amity wasn't actually trying to kill Luz during the witches duel, just show her up and humiliate her, the only reason that luz WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED during the duel is cause she only had one spell and no innate magic, so no, amity DID NOT in fact try to kill Luz.
