Hope your shoulder is on the mend fully and quickly! Check into getting a therabody recoverytherm - its a little machine that will do ice and heat without needing a heating pad or an ice pack. I have the same issue with ny shoulder/neck and I turn it on to alternate heat and ice and it helps so much!
