A quick walk around of my 2021 Hypermotard RVE. Only 150 were made of this model and only 11 came to Australia.
This one has been fitted with a full titanium Arrow Racing exhaust system and it still has the baffles in. I’m still working on a mount to allow the side panels to be refitted to the bike, as they used to mount to a bracket fitted to standard mufflers. Also on this bike are a set of Ducabike rear sets fitted in reverse shift pattern. It has the factory quick shifter already on it.
If you have never ridden a hyper, you should try one. It certainly is a riding experience different to nearly all other styles of bike. You are perched high on top, like a motor cross bike, but with arm wrenching torque from the VTwin. Instead of lower tucked arms, you really have a high elbow placement when transitive to side. This 950 engine(937cc) has loads of go, making it a ludicrously fun motorbike to ride.
The standard Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres are more than adequate for spirited street and canyon riding. But these will be coming off mine very soon and Supercorsa will be fitted as I’m off to a track day at Phillip Island on this later in the year.
