Carlos Checa (Nr.7), Davide Giugliano (Nr. 34) on new Ducati 1199 Panigale.
Das Althea Team wurde dabei vom Ducati Entwicklungsteam unterstützt. Es wurden zahlreiche Lösungen für Chassis und Motor probiert, ebenso wurde mit der Position der Schwinge experimentiert wie mit der Höhe der Federung und der Fahrerposition.

Forza DUCATI!Superbike. Et vite l'an prochain en moto GP,sans Rossi,qui a voulu transformer la desmoseidici en une copie de Yamaha,au lieu d'adapter son pilotage(comme Stoner la fait). Il a fait que du mal,heureux qui s'en aille!

il suono è molto simile alla desmosedici e desmosedici rr perchè quest'ultime (quattro cilindri con bancate di 90°) avevano li scoppi twin pulse, cioè scoppiavano assieme cilindri della stessa bancata in modo da farlo sembrare un bicilindrico ai bassi regimi

WHEN DUCATI CORSE CANT GET ANYMORE POWER OUT OF THIS BIKE AND THEY ARE STILL LOSING DOWN THE STRAIGHTS TO THE INLINE 4'S THE ONLY THING LEFT TO DO IS MAKE THE INEVITABLE V4!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY KEEP PUTTING IT OFF AND BULLSHITTING. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE A V4 AND NOT THIS BIKE. SCRAP THE V2 SCHEME!
