I love that bike! I can't believe they only made it one year! It's a Hero 9 Black, chin mount is the only way! It feels closer to what you actually see versus on top of the helmet or chest mount. I once used a 90 degree mount to get it at exact eye level but I didn't dig the offset. This is the way!

@@motocrosser411 It's an incredible machine. The sheer fun factor around country lanes, and could very well be a future classic due to its limited production run. I got mine Aug 2020 and have done over 4500 miles, as I love riding it out in the sticks so much. By far the best of the Scrambler range, 17 front wheel and clip ons moves the body weight forward for better handling, cornering ABS, hydraulic clutch and it looks stunning with the contrast blue frame and silver scheme. I use a chin mount but so far have just used some cheap and cheerful Amazon sportscams that do a reasonable job, but don't have the wide angle or quality footage of the GoPro. Is the 9 easy to mount and use an external helmet mic with? I think the Hero7 necessitated a bulky audio pack to be strapped on when using a mic.

@@motocrosser411 Oh, I forgot to mention, I have also used a suction cup mount very successfully on the tank, just behind the petrol cap, it gives a great view when adjusted to about 6 inches above the tank, so that the view includes the clock and fork yoke but shows the bike leaning into corners with great effect.

@@tonebonetones I love the suction cup idea. I like the chin mount perspective but you really lose all sense of the lean angle which is disappointing. Plus with the airbox on some bikes being near there the audio should be great! Thanks for the tip!
