If you know or care about her history you would understand how it is to make something of yourself even when everyone in the world it feels like is against you and your plans to be better, do better there is nothing in the world like it when your plans starts to fall in place. Stop talking about her and start taking care of yourselves start by asking?? What can I do to help someone in need maybe visit a homeless shelter or read books to kids who have cancer in the hospitals there are so.....many programs out here to start with. Well as a former actress of course she doesn't need a script..the whole point of her job as an actress is to learn a script and deliver it with feeling...she has experience of public speaking. And the other Royals don't need 'inspiring'..they have been doing it for decades.

But how do you know that Meghan's speeches, haven't inspired Kate to become a better public speaker? Both Kate and Meghan's public speaking engagements are becoming more frequent. We know Kate hasn't always been generally comfortable speaking in front of people and likely still gets nervous. Back in 2012, Kate herself even admitted that she hates public speaking. She told local reporters at a Children’s Hospice that she can’t control her nerves whenever she is forced to speak in public. But opportunities that require Kate to speak in front of a crowd or on camera more regularly and perhaps watching Meghan's past speeches will surely help her improve and help with a lack of confidence and anxiety. Kate could get great ideas for her own presentations, by watching Meghan, who is good at it and pay attention to the techniques Meghan uses.

Because of the work I do, if I am ever called on to explain the basics, be it productivity, employees, expected future goals, current performance, hiring, promotional opportunities, retention, records, etc., etc., the expectation would be that I should be able to speak well on these things, so anyone can understand my work. It is not only giving structure but TEXTURE. 🐝 We all should have the ability to do this if you are connected to an issue of purpose. If anyone calls upon you, to speak about your family, no queue cards are necessary, you speak of what you know from your heart, it can be at weddings, funerals, birthday parties, etc. This is what Meghan does. Because of her consistent involvement with her Charities, she can speak on the status, the needs and the varied people, without hesitation. She doesn't need to be in-depth, but knowledgeable enough to ARTICULATE and CONVEY the reflection of the goals of the Charities. She is the Royal Patron assigned.🐝 It looks like Meghan takes her work very seriously. She doesn't just show up looking pretty, you can tell she connects with her Charities on the ground level. 🐝 Meghan is all Business. The best thing about her is she knows how to compartmentalize....this is a gift she shares with Barack Obama. 🐝 This is how she is successful....not everyone can compartmentalize. Ann Mitchell Yes, she is a former actor, however, even the most skilful of actors often dislike being without a character to rely on. They are not often comfortable in being themselves in public and most are quite shy individuals. Duchess Meghan on the other hand is skilled at public speaking, she is not speaking from a memorised script, her tone and the nuances in her voice and the overall delivery flows freely. In my opinion, one can only speak with such fluidity if one is confident within oneself and one has an excellent grasp of the subject matter. Do not confuse public speaking with acting. When speaking in public one must be oneself. Your second point that the royals have been doing this for years, I agree that they have and therein lies the problem. They have done well, however, even the best of us can become stale and pedestrianised in our jobs. Often an injection of youth, new ways of connecting, seeing things from a new perspective often helps to shake us up in a good way, helps spark our interests and gets those juices flowing. Rather than trying to belittle her influence and valuable contributions, why not try suspending disbelief?

Meghan sure was reading from pieces of paper during other events on this tour. And how do you know there isn't a teleprompter hidden in the room you cannot see? Her speech could be one she has given over and over again. She plays herself for the camera. All we hear about is the Markle woman instead of hearing what the real issues are. She detracts from the reason for this tour. It appears to be a Meghan Markle speaking tour instead of helping the needy. People are paid to stand and pose with her in return they get some too small hand-me-down outfits and not enough to go around and some silly non-educational toys when they need school supplies. Markle wants girls to have an education, but how is she helping other than going off at the mouth? Where is the money for books, uniforms, paper, pens and pencils? Girls can also study at home if they have the needed supplies. Why doesn't Markle sponsor home schooling if it is too dangerous for girls to go out for their education? Markle could sponsor internet learning programs for the girls and women who can't afford school. Where is Markle's head? Her face and eyes are always at the camera, but I don't see her handing out any pens and pencils. Even in U.S., they hand out pencils to children during parades.
