This week we learn the Duck Change. As usual, Jimmy has an additional tip on how to get into this move easier and make it look even more unbelievable. A striking colour change that has so many uses. One of them is to combine it with the Anamorphic Queen Gaff from the Optricks Red Deck to get more mileage out of this basic sleight, transforming it from a basic card to card colour change to something way more.

@@MechanicIndustries haven't got the landing down yet, but I do doordash so when I don't have orders I practice card tricks. Not for money because I'm not that good. But this card flip is fun.

@@sixfootben4892 keep going bro the landing will come. It will rattle around for a while, but it will just start clicking and then the feel will develop and then you will be able to do it the same every time without fail ;) Important the kind of draw back (like a bow and arrow think of it like this) it helps with how the card flips and lands. Look at 7.17 secs for when to release also is super key for a clean landing. Cheers, J

@@MechanicIndustries thanks man. It's a fun one to practice. Better than the other color changes I've tried. I'm having trouble with the landing and how loud the flip is. I'm good at slight of hand moves been doing it since I was a kid lifting stuff at the store 😜 I can make a candy bar disappear with ease. But now I'm too old for that so cards and coins are where its at. Have you seen the card cheat guy on KZfaq? He's got a wall of card decks behind him and he can pull off any suit or number with ease. Dude blows my mind

Great video. Apologies for the noob question, how are you flipping of the gaffe card for the normal queen behind your arm when snapping? Sorry if I missed it. A dumb beginner question I know..

Hey mate, no not a dumb question at all ;) I don't teach that on this video, but, you can learn it here... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nrOhfZRztLvDlY0.html at 4.44 minute mark. It's a 1 handed double turnover. I use it with the arm cover like in this Duck change vid for some cover, kind of like you're just making a point of clicking your finger but that slight movement and cover hides what the left hand is doing. There's a few ways to do this but hopefully this helps. Cheers, J
