To make this absolutely tasty and delicious dish, you will need:
I used 4 and 1/2 lbs of duck
3 tbs garam masala.( I used Guyanese garam masala and that is Chandradat garam masala)
1 tbs curry powder
1 tsp geera/cumin powder
1 and 1/2 whole garlic bulbs.(about 14 cloves)
1 large onion
hot peppers of your choice( I used weri weri and mardancha or yellow hot pepper)
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
8 curry leaves
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 broad leaf thyme
1 tsp Maggie boullian powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
2 tbs oil for cooking
