9:19 Having been in a couple hurricanes, I'd suggest a preemptive tie down for the roof. That thing is a giant wind catcher and you should put strong rope tie down points at the ends, the corners, and two down the sides of the roof. That way the tie down points will already be there before a possible storm or high winds. Plus, the tie down points could be used to attach paper lanterns, streamers, flags, etc when not used as a tie down.
