Yea considering it’s her first opening she’s coming along really well. Only about 18 months old. By the end of this season she will be pretty sharp I reckon

Hey mate, the gun tests are just two pieces of wood screwed together in an L shape. Then we used a hole saw bit on a drill to make the groves at each end for the but of the gun to rest in. You have to make the hole about 10-15cm down from the top of the wood and then use a saw to cut down to the hole that you have made. That makes it deep enough to hold the gun safely. We found the Winchester steel shot really good. At least as good as anything else we used if not a bit better. We love it but we also got it for free😅

Benelli Black Eagle 3

Ours is just the black Eagle 3. The super black Eagle can take 3&1/2 inch where as ours can only take 3 inch. The mag unpinned is 3. So 3 plus 1 in chamber if unpinned. That’s the only downside of the Benelli is that if you want a bigger mag you have to buy the extension. But the upside is that it’s a really nice light gun and super well balanced.

You should be able to get it from any sporting shop that sells ammo. If they don’t stock it they can easily get it in. Killwell are the distributors and are really quick at getting things out to retailers so it shouldn’t take long and is easy for the shop owners to do. Either that or you can order it direct from the Kilwell website but you have to fill out a police form and get it signed which is a bit of a pain.
