When I listen to this piece of music, I always think of the scene, when Queen wrote that letter to the new queen and the part especially when she said “ The Crown must win, must always win”

Listening to this song again after the passing of the Queen's husband, Prince Philip. Just thinking about how despite so many personal tragedies and seeing members of her family passed away, she will continue putting duty for her country and people first, until the day she finally passes. The Crown must always win. GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!!

I think Clare foy played the Queen to perfection. A great actress with bundles of talent.

I love how this was played in pivotal moments during all 3 seasons so far. I hope it's used in the remaining seasons too because this music is the heart and soul of this show. Personally I feel seasons 1 and 2 had better music than season 3.

I set this music as my alarm and every morning I wake up thinking I’m at Buckingham palace.

I imagine they’ll play this theme over the episode that has the news of Diana’s death breaking. It will fit those scenes very well.

In my opinion, as iconic as this theme is, the best version is yet to be released. I am referring to what I call the Suez Canal Company theme [08:23-10:11 of Season 2, Episode 1 "Misadventure"] beginning from when the cleaner was mopping the floor at the Suez Canal Company to when Elizabeth II's portrait was shown [end of Egyptian President Nasser's speech]. I hope Lorne Balfe will release it!!!

I hope they took the hiatus time as tribute to the Queen to come up with a section for the final episode paying tribute to Queen Elizabeth with this song. I can picture the final text saying: On September 8th, 2022, Queen Elizabeth II died peacefully at Balmoral Castle at the age of 96 surrounded by her eldest children Charles and Anne. She was Britain’s longest reigning monarch, reigning for 70 years. The final text saying “But the crown lives on!! As it always has!!”
