Do you put down the knee to your lead or rear leg??????

Lead leg penetration step hits the mat for the duck and you step to the corner with the rear leg as you pop back up.

@@KOLATCOM i notice it takes a bit of strength to do the step around them to finish it. Would it be wise to use the collar tie to take some of the weight off of your legs using your lat?

@@NWLMAMMAL Yes, you are pulling on that collar tie and throwing your head back for leverage under the arm.

Keep your elbows in tight, maintain head position and don't lean on your opponent.

In this video we refer to "little guys" meaning kids wrestling because this is from our basics series. This is not a reference to adult wrestling weight classes.

What weight training program do you recommend for wrestling? My strength is lacking for lots of moves even when my coaches correct my position in practice.
