That looked awesome. Try this, Grey Poupon mustard rubbed on the crappie and drop in batter then fry. I rubbed in on light, but try different amounts to your taste. Also Red hot sauce rubbed and then batter. It was very good. Had a big fish fry and did several with hot sauce and several with mustard without telling anyone and they loved it. enjoyed the crappy cake show. lol

I've never seen that pkg of Trio veggies here in South Jersey. I hate the chopping prep work & that product would be great. And I admire that Godwin didn't create a mess in the kitchen the way I do!
